White Pizza with Garlic

A creamy, flavorful white pizza with garlic that’s perfect for pizza night.

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Spread olive oil over the rolled dough.
  4. In a bowl, mix garlic, ricotta, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  5. Spread the ricotta mixture over the dough.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden.
  8. Remove from oven and top with fresh basil.
  9. Slice and serve immediately.
