  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Once chilled, scoop the dough into balls and roll them in powdered sugar.
  7. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set.
  9. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
