  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt together.
  3. Add the coconut oil and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in ice water until a dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut into shapes.
  6. In another bowl, combine blueberries, lemon juice, cornstarch, and vanilla.

  9. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
