Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and egg, then add the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Make an indentation in the center of each ball and fill with raspberry jam.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until set.
  8. While the cookies cool, melt dark chocolate and drizzle over the top.
