Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chicken, pineapple, teriyaki sauce, rice, and green onions.
  4. Stuff the mixture into each bell pepper.
  5. Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, remove foil, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
