- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup salsa
