Stuffed Italian Meatloaf

A delicious and savory stuffed Italian meatloaf made with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for any dinner occasion.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Lay out turkey bacon in a loaf pan and press the turkey mixture on top.
  4. Add diced chicken ham and pour marinara sauce over the top.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or until fully cooked, then let rest before slicing.
