  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 package puff pastry, thawed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  4. Spread the spinach and artichoke mixture evenly over the pastry.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  6. Place the swirls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
