2 cups sushi rice
1 pound salmon fillet
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sriracha
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup seaweed, shredded
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup furikake seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and set aside.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Flake the salmon fillet and mix with the creamy sauce.
Add the cooked rice to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Top the rice with the salmon mixture and sprinkle with green onions.
Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs on top and add furikake seasoning.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
