Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 200 grams turkey bacon, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add red pepper flakes and turkey bacon, frying until bacon is crispy.
  4. Drain the spaghetti, reserving some pasta water. Add spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to combine.
  5. If needed, add reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce.
  6. Stir in chopped parsley and season with salt.
  7. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, let the garlic infuse in oil longer before adding other ingredients.
  • You can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
