- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil or bake the sweet potatoes until tender. Drain and cool.
- Peel the sweet potatoes and mash them in a large bowl.
- Add maple syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth.
