Sour Cream Beef Noodle Casserole

  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic until the meat is no longer pink.
  3. In a separate pot, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, cooked beef mixture, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
