  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 8 pita breads
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion

Instructions

  1. Place beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper over the beef.
  3. Pour beef broth around the meat.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender and shreds easily.
  5. Remove the beef and shred with two forks.
  6. Serve in pita breads with tzatziki sauce, cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onions.
