  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. In a bowl, combine shrimp mixture, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Stuff each pasta shell with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  6. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
