- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound turkey bacon
- 1 taco seasoning packet
- 8 taco shells
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup salsa
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a pan, cook the ground beef and turkey bacon until browned.
- Add the taco seasoning and stir until well combined.
- Arrange the taco shells on a sheet pan.
- Fill the taco shells with the meat mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove and top with tomatoes, lettuce, and salsa before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add jalapeños or avocado to the toppings.
- Serve with sour cream for a creamier texture.
