  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the sausage meat, caramelized onions, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture on each rectangle.
