Instructions

  4. Add vanilla and peppermint extracts, followed by the egg, mixing well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.

  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let them cool before serving.

Notes
