A delicious and easy-to-make casserole combining pancakes and sausage, perfect for a hearty breakfast.

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 8 ounces pancake mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the pancake mix, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Stir in the cooked sausage and half of the cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Drizzle with maple syrup and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
