A delicious no-bake chocolate eclair dessert that is both easy to prepare and incredibly indulgent, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together milk and vanilla pudding mix until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then fold in the whipped topping.
  3. Combine the pudding mixture with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer graham crackers in a baking dish, then spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
  5. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of graham crackers.
  6. Spread chocolate frosting on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, allow the dessert to chill overnight.
  • Feel free to add fruits or nuts for extra flavor.
