Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Balls

A delicious and healthy snack option that combines the refreshing taste of mint with the richness of chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Stir until fully combined and a dough forms.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
