- 2 cups mushrooms, chopped
- 1 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 package puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté onions and mushrooms until softened.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add vegetable broth and thyme, cooking until thickened.
