- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground turkey until browned.
- Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and crumbled bacon.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, beef broth, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine the turkey mixture with the cream cheese mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
