  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into fries.
  2. Fry the potato slices in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Remove fries from oil and drain excess oil on paper towels.
  4. Sprinkle fries with salt, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
