  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup light cream or half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup Marsala wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms and garlic to the skillet, sauté until the mushrooms are softened.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and Marsala wine; bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the light cream and cook until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce and mix well.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with parsley before serving.
