High Protein Italian Pasta Salad

A delicious and nutritious Italian pasta salad packed with protein from turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions; drain and cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Add Italian dressing and basil; toss to combine.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
