1 pound chicken breast, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 cup mixed vegetables
2 green onions, chopped
2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Push the chicken and vegetables to the side and pour in beaten eggs, scrambling them until cooked.
Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing everything thoroughly.
Season with salt and pepper, and add green onions before serving.
Notes
