  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, eggs, and honey or maple syrup until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Evenly distribute the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
