Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken breast slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. While the chicken is grilling, steam the broccoli florets until tender.
  5. In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice to create the creamy garlic sauce.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked and broccoli is steamed, assemble the bowls with chicken, broccoli, and drizzle the sauce on top.

Notes
