Grilled Chicken & Broccoli Bowls with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Delicious and healthy grilled chicken & broccoli bowls drizzled with a creamy garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. In a saucepan, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Steam the broccoli until tender.
  7. Slice the grilled chicken and serve in bowls with broccoli and creamy garlic sauce on top.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt.
