Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. During the last few minutes of grilling, add broccoli florets to the grill.
  5. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and additional garlic for the sauce.
  6. Slice the grilled chicken and serve with grilled broccoli, drizzled with creamy garlic sauce.

Notes

  • Adjust garlic amount based on preference.
