  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add turkey bacon, cooking until crispy.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sautéing until softened.
  3. Stir in mushrooms and cook until they are browned.
  4. Add the beef slices and cook until browned on all sides.
  5. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, simmering for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in sour cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot over noodles or rice.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, you can add more sour cream.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
