Gingerbread Truffles – Easy No-Bake White Chocolate Christmas Treats

Gingerbread Truffles are an easy no-bake treat perfect for the holiday season. They are made with white chocolate and gingerbread spices.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces white chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 cup crushed gingerbread cookies
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add the heavy cream, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the crushed gingerbread cookies and powdered sugar.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, form the mixture into small balls.
  6. Roll the truffles in additional crushed gingerbread cookies if desired.
  7. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until firm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract to the mixture.
  • These truffles can be made a day in advance.
