- 8 ounces white chocolate
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup crushed gingerbread cookies
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Add the heavy cream, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the crushed gingerbread cookies and powdered sugar.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, form the mixture into small balls.
- Roll the truffles in additional crushed gingerbread cookies if desired.
- Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until firm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract to the mixture.
