- 1/2 cup brewed espresso
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 sheets gelatin
