Instructions

  1. In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and steak bites, cooking until the steak is browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Drain the potatoes and add them to the skillet.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, tossing to combine.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
