- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces linguine pasta
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, cook the linguine according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Once meatballs are done, add them to the skillet and combine. Serve hot.
