  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces linguine pasta
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, cook the linguine according to package instructions.
  6. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth.
  7. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
  8. Once meatballs are done, add them to the skillet and combine. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add more garlic or herbs of your choice.
