  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups tortilla chips, crushed
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Stir in the black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and salsa. Cook until heated through.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the crushed tortilla chips, followed by the meat mixture, and then top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  7. Serve topped with sour cream and green onions.
