  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can strawberry pie filling
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, egg, vegetable oil, and water until well blended.
  3. Pour half of the cake batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly over the cake batter.
  5. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry filling.
  7. Pour the remaining cake batter on top, spreading it gently.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving, then top with whipped topping.
