  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the ground turkey, onion, and garlic until browned.
  4. Add the thyme, rosemary, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the peas and corn.
  5. Spread the turkey mixture in a baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes and crumbled turkey bacon.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
