1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy corn muffin mix, cream style corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, melted butter, and half of the cheddar cheese.
Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
