2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package refrigerated pie crusts
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, turkey bacon, mixed vegetables, onion, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Place the pie crusts over the filling, sealing the edges.
Cut slits in the crust to allow steam to escape.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Notes
You can substitute the turkey bacon for regular bacon if desired.
