Easy Homemade Chicken Pot Pie Casserole Recipe

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, turkey bacon, mixed vegetables, onion, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Place the pie crusts over the filling, sealing the edges.
  5. Cut slits in the crust to allow steam to escape.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
