  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
