  • 8 ounces ham, diced
  • 8 ounces cheese, shredded
  • 1 egg, for egg wash
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares.
  4. In a bowl, mix the diced ham, shredded cheese, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place a spoonful of the filling on one half of each pastry square.
  6. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
  7. Brush the tops with egg wash.
