  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey bacon, chicken ham, cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on a surface, add a spoonful of filling, and roll tightly, sealing the edges.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the egg rolls until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some chopped green onions to the filling.
  • Serve with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
