  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  2. Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add rice, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Stir well to combine.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the rice is cooked and the chicken is tender.
  5. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper before serving.
