  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
