Crack Breakfast Casserole

A deliciously indulgent breakfast casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups bread cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the chicken ham for 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a baking dish, layer the bread cubes, chicken ham, turkey bacon, and cheese.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the layers and let sit for 10 minutes.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some chopped green onions.
  • You can substitute any type of deli meat you like.
