  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. In another bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
  7. Pour half of the batter into a greased bundt pan, followed by half of the cinnamon mixture, then the remaining batter, and top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool before inverting onto a plate.
