- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- In a large bowl, mix warm milk and sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add eggs and melted butter to the yeast mixture, and stir until combined.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Let the dough rise again for 30 minutes.
