CHICKEN ENCHILADAS WITH SOUR CREAM WHITE SAUCE

A delicious and easy recipe for chicken enchiladas topped with a creamy sour cream white sauce.

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 can green enchilada sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Soften tortillas in a skillet over low heat.
  4. Place a generous amount of the chicken mixture on each tortilla, roll them up, and place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour green enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
