  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and quarter the baby red potatoes.
  3. Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, sausage, ranch seasoning, olive oil, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a large baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
